Both the sides of a node, two antinodes are present with separation $\frac{\lambda}{2}$
So phase difference between then
$\phi=\frac{2 \pi}{\lambda} \times \frac{\lambda}{2}=\pi$

So phase difference between then
$\phi=\frac{2 \pi}{\lambda} \times \frac{\lambda}{2}=\pi$
