According to Gibbs' energy equation
$\Delta G=\Delta H-T \Delta S$
when $\Delta H$ is negatie but $T \Delta S$ is positive, i.e., energy factor as well as the randomness factor favour the process. The process will be highly spontaneous and $\Delta G$ will be highly negative.
