The correct answer is:
reciprocal of speed of light in vacuum
As $E=c B$
So required ratio $\frac{E}{B}=c$
$$
\frac{B}{E}=\frac{1}{c}
$$
Therefore, the ratio of amplitude of magnetic field to the amplitude of electric field for an electromagnetic wave propagating in vacuum is equal to reciprocal of speed of light.
So required ratio $\frac{E}{B}=c$
$$
\frac{B}{E}=\frac{1}{c}
$$
Therefore, the ratio of amplitude of magnetic field to the amplitude of electric field for an electromagnetic wave propagating in vacuum is equal to reciprocal of speed of light.
