The correct answer is:
$\mathrm{I}_{2}$ and $\mathrm{NaOH}$
$\mathrm{I}_{2}$ and $\mathrm{NaOH}$ react with acetophenone $\left(\mathrm{C}_{6} \mathrm{H}_{5} \mathrm{COCH}_{3}\right)$ to give yellow ppt. of $\mathrm{CHI}_{3}$
but benzophenone $\left(\mathrm{C}_{6} \mathrm{H}_{5} \mathrm{COC}_{6} \mathrm{H}_{5}\right)$ does not
