Resistance, $\mathrm{R}=\frac{\Delta \mathrm{V}}{\Delta \mathrm{I}}=\frac{2.3-0.3}{10 \times 10^{-3}}$
$\mathrm{R}=\frac{2}{10} \times 10^{3}=0.2 \times 10^{3} \Omega=0.2 \mathrm{k} \Omega$
