\(2 u\)
$u=\sqrt{\frac{3 R T}{M}}$
If $T=2 T$ and $M=M / 2$, then $u_1=\sqrt{\frac{3 R \times 2 T}{M / 2}}$
$\therefore \quad \frac{u_1}{u}=\sqrt{4}=2$
If $T=2 T$ and $M=M / 2$, then $u_1=\sqrt{\frac{3 R \times 2 T}{M / 2}}$
$\therefore \quad \frac{u_1}{u}=\sqrt{4}=2$
