The correct answer is: $d^4$ (in strong ligand field)
As we know,
Magnetic moment \(=\sqrt{n(n+2)}=2.84\)
so \(n=2\)
\(d^4\) (in strong ligand field) has two unpaired electron in octahedral field.
Hence, option (a) is correct.
All others doesnt have two unpaired electrons.
