The correct answer is: 85

In the nth set of observation, the total observations are n
and the first observation of nth set is
1+2+3+....+n-1+1=n-1n2+1=a
Sum of all the n observations in the nth set
=n22a+n-1d
=n22n-1n2+1+n-1
=n2n2-n+2+n-1=nn2+12
Mean =nn2+12n=n2+12
Hence, for n=13

 Mean =132+12=1702=85
