The correct answer is: 6:3:2
(i) Ag + (aq)+ e 1mol=1F 3F Ag(s) 1mol 3mol
(ii) Ni 2+ (aq)+ 2e 2mol=2F 3F Ni(s) 1mol 3/2mol
(iii) Co + (aq)+ 3e 3mol=3F Co(s) 1mol
The required ratio of moles of Ag, Ni and Co is
3 mol Ag: 3/2 mol Ni : 1 mol Co or 6 mol Ag : 3 mol Ni : 2 mol Co.
