Mutual inductance between coils is
$$
\begin{aligned}
M & =k \sqrt{I_1 I_2} \\
M & =1 \sqrt{2 \times 10^{-3} \times 8 \times 10^{-3}}\{x=1\} \\
& =4 \times 10^{-3}=4 \mathrm{mH}
\end{aligned}
$$
