The correct answer is: 20.00
Let A and B be the two forces.

Then A=3x; B=5x, R=28N and θ=60° .

We know that R=A2+B2+2ABcosθ

28=3x2+5x2+23x5xcos60°

=9x2+25x2+15x2=7x

x=287=4

Hence, force B=5×4=20 N
