The correct answer is: 0.4 and 0.8 μC

Let us assume that the initial charges on the spheres were Q1 and Q2 respectively and the final charges on the spheres are q1 and q2. Finally the potential of both the spheres is the same.

kq1R1=kq2R2

q2=q1R2R1

q1+q2=Q1+Q2

q1=R1R1+R2Q1+Q2

q1=1010+200.5+0.7=0.4 μC

q2=R2R1+R2Q1+Q2

q2=2010+200.5+0.7=0.8 μC
