The correct answer is:
$5: 3$
Equal volume of $\mathrm{He}$ and $\mathrm{Ne}$ are mixed which are monoatomic gases.
$C_p$ is molar specific heat capacity at constant pressure.
$C_V$ is molar specific heat capacity at constant volume.
Degree of freedom $(f)$ for monoatomic gas $=3$
$$
\begin{aligned}
& \frac{C_p}{C_V}=1+\frac{2}{f}=1+\frac{2}{3}=\frac{5}{3} \\
& \frac{C_p}{C_V}=\frac{5}{3}
\end{aligned}
