The correct answer is:
Anaphase II
During the anaphase-I of meiosis-I, there is separation of homologous chromosomes to the forming daughter cells. However, the centromere division does not take place at this stage. During anaphase-II or meiosis II, there is splitting of the centromere. Basically, anaphase-II begins with the simultaneous splitting of the centromere of each chromosome (which holds the sister chromatids together), allowing them to move towards opposite poles of the cell by shortening of microtubules attached to kinetochores.
