The correct answer is:
Order is two but molecularity is two
For the reaction,
$\begin{aligned} & \mathrm{CH}_3 \mathrm{COOC}_2 \mathrm{H}_5(a q)+\mathrm{NaOH}(a q) \longrightarrow \\ & \mathrm{CH}_3 \mathrm{COONa}(a q)+\mathrm{C}_2 \mathrm{H}_5 \mathrm{OH}(a q)\end{aligned}$
the molecularity is two because two molecules are taking part.
Moreover, rate law for the reaction is,
rate $(r)=k\left[\mathrm{CH}_3 \mathrm{COOC}_2 \mathrm{H}_5\right][\mathrm{NaOH}]$
$\therefore$ Order of reaction is $1+1=2$
